Reservation Policy & Exclusive Care

To ensure every client receives the meticulous attention and exclusive spa ambiance they deserve, we kindly observe the following courtesies:


1. For Mobile Services - Minimum Service Commitment

We require a minimum booking value of 1 Hour or $100 per visit. This commitment ensures your therapist can dedicate the necessary time for professional setup and breakdown, allowing you to fully enjoy the tranquillity and comprehensive care of the full mobile spa experience.

2. For Home Salon Services - Location and Requirements 

To provide you with an alternative experience, services are also available at our dedicated Home Salon location in Mount Lofty. Our Home Salon offers a private, tranquil environment specifically designed for your relaxation.

  • Bookings: Home Salon appointments must be booked in advance and will be      confirmed with the exact address upon booking confirmation.
  • Minimum Service: The minimum service commitment mentioned in Clause 1 does not apply to appointments conducted at the Home Salon.

3. Notice Of Cancellation

Timely Cancellation Requirement (24+ Hours)

Clients are required to cancel or reschedule their booking at their earliest possible convenience. To ensure the smooth operation of our schedule and allow the time to be re-booked by other clients, we require formal notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice prevents us from serving other clients and may lead to restrictions on future bookings.

Exception for Sudden Illness or Emergency We understand that sudden, unavoidable emergencies can occur. If a client must cancel on the day of service due to sudden illness, genuine emergency, or circumstances beyond their control, we ask that you notify us immediately. We appreciate the earliest notice possible in these situations. 

4. Payment options

All payments for the balance of your service, if paid via credit or debit card (including Apple Pay/Google Pay), will incur a 1.6% processing surcharge.

We encourage payment via direct bank transfer or cash if you prefer to bypass this fee.

5. Package Service Commitment

Our Ritual and Journey packages are designed to be continuous, immersive experiences. All package treatments must be completed during one single appointment and cannot be separated into multiple visits. This commitment ensures your therapist can dedicate the full, uninterrupted block of time needed for your complete relaxation.

6. Group Booking Discount

A discount of $10.00 per person will be applied when two or more clients receive back-to-back services at the same location during a single visit. This discount applies to the individual service price only and cannot be combined with any Gift Voucher or other promotional offer.

7. For Mobile Services - Facility Requirements

To ensure the delivery of your luxury experience, we require access to two basic facilities within your sanctuary: A Standard Power Outlet and Access to Hot Water. We manage all setup and breakdown, but confirming the availability of these ensures a seamless and comfortable service for you.

8. Travel and Location Enquiries

Our services are primarily offered throughout the Toowoomba region. Should you require service outside the city limits, travel is available, and we are happy to accommodate your needs. A bespoke quote for travel time and distance fee will be provided upon request, ensuring complete transparency before your booking is confirmed.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Validity & Redemption

  • Expiry: Vouchers are valid for 3 years (36 months) from the Date of Issue and      cannot be redeemed after this date.
  • Location: Izumi operates as both a Mobile Service and a Home Salon.
    • Mobile Service: Vouchers are redeemable within the Toowoomba, QLD region. If the bearer’s address is outside this zone, a separate travel fee will apply, payable upon booking (see Clause 7 of the main T&Cs).
    • Home Salon: Vouchers may also be redeemed at our dedicated Home Salon location Mount Lofty.
  • Usage: All service redemptions are subject to Izumi's standard booking policies,      including the Notice of Cancellation requirement (see the main T&Cs). If you wish to upgrade a Service Voucher, the difference in price is payable by the bearer.
  • Monetary Balance: The full value does not need to be used in one transaction; any      remaining balance stays on the voucher until expiry.
  • Package Commitment: Vouchers purchased as a package must be redeemed during one single appointment and cannot be separated into multiple visits.

2. General Conditions

  • Non-Cash Value: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • Transfer: Vouchers are fully transferable (anyone presenting the voucher may      use it).
  • Exclusions: Cannot be used with other promotions, discounts, or sales unless      specifically permitted.
  • Booking: All service redemptions are subject to availability. Please book well in advance.

3. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers

  • Replacement Policy: In the event the voucher is lost or stolen, a replacement voucher may be re-issued digitally, provided the bearer can supply the Approximate      Purchase Date, Service or Monetary Value, and the Name of the Purchaser      ('From' name). A replacement will only be issued if the voucher has not yet been fully redeemed.
